On Thursday, 13th June we had a health talk with Alicia Zaniewska, a dietitian from the Australian Unity Remedy Health team.
From a diet perspective the information was also about foods that men need more of in their diet etc (we are still fine tuning the content in the next week or so). Other topics that were covered were sleep tips, tips on quitting smoking and general wellness. The session was equally informative for women. The Remedy team is all about preventative approaches and positive steps you can take to improve your health to avoid health problems. Alicia will also linked in the work we have been doing this semester with the Mediterranean diet.
